What data we collect

The site has two forms — a contact form and a package-request form. Both collect only what you enter yourself:

• name and email address (required);
• company name and phone number (optional);
• the content of your message;
• for a package request, also the selected plan and number of extra users, so we can prepare a correct quote.

The forms’ spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) briefly processes your IP address during its technical check. We also use your IP address for the forms’ rate limiting.

How we use the data

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and manage the client relationship. When you submit a form we send the message to our email address and an automatic confirmation to you. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, steps prior to entering into a contract.

Cookies and Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) for visitor statistics. Analytics cookies and sending data to Google happen only with your consent — before you consent, no Google script is loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies or build user profiles. The remaining cookies are technical and necessary for the site to work.

Third parties

Some of these services are located outside the European Economic Area; data is transferred on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Resend (Resend, Inc.) — email delivery. Form data passes through Resend’s servers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) — bot check on the forms.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) — visitor statistics, with consent only (see above).
• Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) — site hosting; server logs contain standard request data (IP address, time, browser type).
• Sanity (Sanity AS) — content management system for the blog and guides. No form personal data is stored there.

Retention

We keep messages and contact details sent through the forms for up to 2 years after the last contact, after which they are deleted. If an enquiry turns into a contractual relationship, we keep the data for as long as required for accounting and statutory obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, deleted or ported, and to restrict or object to processing. To do so, email info@trumpauto.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
