“Where are this customer’s tyres?” is a question your system should answer, without involving the whole workshop.
Tyre change season is busy enough. If finding each set depends on one person, a paper label or someone’s memory, extra work appears exactly when you need it least. Trumpauto Tyre Hotel brings storage locations, tyre condition and movement history into the same system.
Every tyre has an address
“Somewhere in the back” might work as a clue in hide-and-seek. In a tyre warehouse, a location should be more precise.
The visual rack layout shows which spaces are available and which are occupied. Rack, level and position identifiers give each tyre a specific address. That makes the right set easier to find, even for a colleague who did not put it away.
Find the set, not the person who stored it
Search by vehicle registration number, customer name or phone number. Matching tyres are highlighted in the rack layout. Instead of checking several files or asking around, start with a single search.
Know the condition before fitting
Each set can include tyre details such as tread depths and season. Wear warnings based on the recorded information help you spot tyres that need attention.
This gives the workshop a chance to discuss tyre condition with the customer earlier. Measuring the tyres and entering the data remain the workshop’s responsibility: the software keeps track of the information; it does not inspect the tyres.
Locations change. The history stays.
When a set moves, the records need to move with it. The detail view shows location changes and check-in and check-out information, making it easier to understand what has happened to the tyres.
